Our dedicated and professional management team is here for you. 
On everything from design conceptualization and HOA/POA approval and permitting to accurate accounting and cost tracking, we’ll handle it so you don’t have to.
Each project has a dedicated superintendent who manages the day to day project management, scheduling, materials and staffing. They are your contact for the duration of your project and will be in constant contact. They provide regular progress reports, estimate versus actual cost analyses and will make your project as smooth and efficient as possible. In addition, the owner, Cliff Pender is actively involved in every project. He works in the field with your superintendent to ensure the project is on schedule and within budget.

We can work with your architect and designers or we can assist you in conceptualizing your project to make your Truly Custom home a reality.
Our team will prepare a detailed and transparent Cost Estimate for your project that includes materials, labor, profit and overhead charges. There are no hidden fees and we won’t do anything without your knowledge or approval.
Once you choose Solstice Builders for your project, we will prepare a detailed Scope of Work, final Cost Estimate and Job Schedule outlining what we will do, what it will cost and how long it will take.
Our team will handle all the HOA/POA filings and permit logistics for you so there is no added stress or hassle.
During your project our team of superintendents and master carpenters will provide an efficient and clean work site, pictures and progress reports and regular Estimate Versus Actual cost comparisons. Our goal, whether you live on site or on the other side of the country, is that you know what we’re doing and can see regular progress.
We’re not finished until you’re completely satisfied. No matter the size of your project, when our team is finished they will leave your home sparkling clean and move-in ready so all you have to do is enjoy your new home.
