At Solstice we offer a design program that is truly "custom." Arrange a consultation and we can produce a complete set of architectural plans to help you leap from dream to reality. We use computer-based design and modeling to build your home with the greatest energy efficiency and highest standards of quality.

We specialize in creating homes of distinction, focusing on residential custom homes ranging from 1800 - 4000 square feet and larger. Our primary are of service would include the greater Southport and Oak Island areas of Brunswick County, including the planned communities of St. James Plantation, Cottage Point, Winding River Plantation, SeaWatch, RiverSea Plantation, Avalon and Palmetto Creek of the Carolinas.

We can work with you or your architect to create a floor plan that meets your needs, or we can help you choose a plan from architects like Frank Betz and Donald Gardner. In many cases we can also modify these plans to better suit your specific needs. We are equally comfortable working with your architect or designer to develop a working plan!
